COB LCD determines the quality of its products, and its production process is:

1· Design and development:
Determine the specifications and functional requirements of the LCD module.
Perform circuit design and PCB layout.

2· Material preparation:
Purchase materials such as LCD panel, driver IC, PCB, backlight, etc.
Check the quality and specifications of the materials.

3· PCB production:
Make printed circuit boards (PCBs), including etching and drilling of circuits.

4· Chip mounting:
Mount driver IC and other chips on the PCB through a surface mount machine (SMT).
Perform reflow soldering to ensure good connection between the chip and the PCB.

5· LCD panel packaging:
Bond the LCD to the PCB, usually using glue or other adhesives.
Ensure good contact between the LCD panel and the driver IC.

6· Backlight installation:
Install the LED backlight to ensure its coordination with the LCD panel.

7· Testing:
Perform functional tests on the LCD module, including display effects, brightness, contrast, etc.
Check for defects such as dead spots and bright spots.

8. Assembly and packaging: Assemble the LCD modules that have passed the test, which may include the installation of the housing. Carry out final packaging and prepare for shipment. Quality control: Carry out quality control at all stages of production to ensure that the products meet the standards.
